I harboured dreams of getting a pilot license since young. That dream is still going on and I hope to realise it some day.
Being an aviation buff, I made it to the Singapore Airshow 2012. One of the biggest aircraft in the world, the C17 Globemaster made it to the show too. The Boeing 747 also went on display one last time under Singapore Airlines colors, as the fleet is retiring after 40 years of service.

If you have ever been to the Singapore Grand Prix which is a night race, I am sure you would agree with me it is a splendid event worthy of mention.
The excitement, the crowd and the wonder night view of Singapore makes it an event even non F1 fans would appreciate.

Do you know that the prices of cars are among the most expensive in the world? No only is the car taxed heavily before its allowed to be sold, buyers need to buy a certificate of entitlement just like in Shanghai.
The price of the certificate now, at the time of writing is as high as 300,000 RMB and more depending on the size of the car. Yes. I did not type wrongly. Three hundred grand and above.
This car owner must be a big fan of Ultraman!
I am a contrarian when it comes to preference for Singapore food. Most would either vote for chilli crab or chicken rice to be their favourite Singapore dish.
For me, its always the simple and delightful beef kway teow!

The Fullerton Building was named after Robert Fullerton, the first Governor of Straits Settlement (1826–1829).Commissioned in 1919 as part of the British colony''s centennial celebrations, the building was designed as an office building by Major P.H. Keys of Keys & Dowdeswell, a Shanghai firm, which won the project through a design compeition.
The building was a makeshift hopital during WWII and later became in Post Office. In 2001, it re-opened as a a five star hotel at one of Singapore's most scenic spot.
If you go to the top Marina Bay Sands, there is a Sky Park which gives an excellent view of Singapore and beyond, day or night. The admission charge is SGD$20.
One of the key attraction of the Sky Park is the Infinity Pool which gives the swimmer a feeling as if he is swimming at the edge of the building (only for hotel room guests).
Swimmers need not worry. It is only a visual trick. There are actually plenty of buffer.

I thought it would be a good idea to share what camera gear I use. I use a Canon EOS500D with EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM zoom lens and EF 50mm f/1.8II.
