Out of the way, Apple, SE, Moto and Nokia, these are the latest rage in Shanghai now !

No self-respecting mobile phone shop would be seen without carrying one of these exotic range.
If you check out the specs here, these new generation "brick phone" comes with all the conveniences of the modern mobile. Mp4s, cameras, WAP and fanciful ring tones ...you name it they have it. With a 700 hour standby time, no other phone even comes close to this "big brother big". Only bugbear is that this doesnt comes with bluetooth. Then again, who needs bluetooth when you can look so cool holding this phone? :P
Its reception capabilities are so strong that some manufacturers are guaranteeing signal receptions in caves and lifts.
Prices range from 1000 RMB and comes with a three month warranty.

I thought it would be a good idea to share what camera gear I use. I use a Canon EOS500D with EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM zoom lens and EF 50mm f/1.8II.

Thank God those ugly things have not hit Qingdao! That wouldn't even fit in your pocket. I guess you wouldn't loose it. I still prefer the Moto Razr V3.
